Beavy is a platform that connects buyers with independent food creators. Beavy is not a seller, not a delivery service, and not a payment intermediary. All transactions and arrangements occur directly between buyers and sellers.
General Support
For questions about using the Beavy app, storefront setup, buyer experience, or general platform guidance, our support team is here to help. During early access, response times may vary, but we aim to reply as quickly as possible.

For privacy‑related questions, data access requests, account deletion, or concerns about how your information is handled, please contact our privacy team. During early access, all privacy and legal inquiries are reviewed directly by uthorized Beavy personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Data and account deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Once your account and associated data are deleted, they cannot be restored.

If you believe a seller is violating local food regulations, misusing the platform, or engaging in harmful behaviour, please report it to us. While Beavy does not mediate buyer‑seller disputes, we do review reports for potential violations of our Terms of Service and Safety & Compliance Policy.
For emergencies or immediate health concerns, contact your local public health authority or emergency services. Beavy cannot provide emergency assistance or medical advice.
